I want to thank you for the awesome diet you have customized for me. My body is responding very well with fat loss and fine definition lines. Your knowledge of (the science) just the right amount of protein, carbs and fats is right on and precise with my goals at this time. I look forward to a new diet in 3 or 4 months to obtain a different goal.

Training with you on leg day is amazing. You train harder and with more intensity then any man I've ever trained with. My leg days feel productive every week and that is a big challenge for me. When you break it down you only have about 52 quad days in the year, that's 4 per month. It is imperative to make every leg workout productive!!
